How do I pay?
Once you place your order we will call or WhatsApp you on the number you gave to confirm it and share M-Pesa payment details.
How much is delivery?
It depends on where you are. In Nairobi it starts at KSh 150, and you see the exact fee for your area at checkout before you pay. Collecting from Room 303 is free.
When will my order arrive?
Order by 2pm, Monday to Friday, and it reaches Nairobi and its environs the same day by 7pm. After 2pm or at the weekend it goes out the next working day. Outside Nairobi it takes one to two days.
Which products suit sensitive skin?
The Brightening & Smoothing Gel Cleanser, the Daily Glow & Barrier Repair Serum and the Barrier Repair & Soothing Moisturizer are all made for sensitive, acne-prone skin. Patch-test anything new first.

Can I return or exchange something?
Unopened products with the seal intact can be exchanged within 7 days. Opened skin care cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless it arrived damaged or wrong. Read the full policy
